You have two options to choose from when you have Misty Clean come out to beautify your rental, condo, or beach property!
General Cleaning
Every "General cleaning" includes the following:
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds, window sills, & lock-ledges (dusted)
- Moldings & woodwork (dusted)
- Baseboards (dusted)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
- Furniture (dusted & polished)
- Top of refrigerator (dusted)
- Outside appliances cleaned
- All cabinet fronts washed
- Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (shined)
- Tub/shower &tiles (scrubbed)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
And if you are cleaning a beach house, include:
- Remove sand and debris
- Clean glass doors inside and out
Top-to-Bottom "Deluxe"
Every Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Clean includes the "General Cleaning" list items cleaned by hand with detail emphasis and focus on build-up plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades (wiped)
- Light fixtures (wiped in placed/not removed)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped with cloth)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills & lock ledges (wiped)
- Baseboards, doors, frames, jambs, knobs dusted (wiped where necessary)
- Outside of appliances cleaned/inside microwave
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
- All cabinet fronts (washed)
- Light switch plates (washed)
- All sinks and backsplashes (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (shined)
- Tubs/showers & tiles (double scrubbed if build-up is present)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
- Floors (vacuumed & mopped)
- All kitchen drawers opened, wiped out
- All cabinet shelves wiped off (without removing items from inside)
- Refrigerator (front wiped down/inside wiped out)
- Wash interior windows and patio doors.
- Oven cleaning by request/ additional fee.
- Sweep garage by request/additional fee.
If you need something that you do not see on this list, please call the office to arrange for a more "customized" list. We are always willing to add or delete to suit your needs.
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.
* We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach a visible place either by hand or with the extension duster.
* Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning for build-up that is excessive.
* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
