Every Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Clean includes the "General Cleaning" list items cleaned by hand with detail emphasis and focus on build-up plus the following:
• Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped) • Light fixtures (hand washed in place-not removed) • Cobwebs removed • Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or wiped with micro-fiber) • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, lock-ledges (hand washed or wiped) • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable without moving furniture) • Lamps and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment) • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped) • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs) • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped) • Outside of appliances cleaned/inside microwave • Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed • All doors (washed) • Light switch plates (washed) • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected) • Mirrors (shined all the way to the top) • Tub/shower & tiles (double-scrubbed if build-up is present) • All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized) • Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined) • Beds made (1 set of sheets changed) • Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed to your preference) • Floors (vacuumed & or mopped) Rental Property cleaning also includes: • All kitchen drawers opened, wiped out • All cabinet shelves wiped off (without removing items from inside) • Refrigerator (front wiped down/inside wiped out) • Wash interior windows and patio doors. • Oven cleaning by request/ additional fee. • Sweep garage by request/additional fee. |

One-time Cleanings
If you have a cleaning company or individual employeed and unforseen circumstances come up and they can't make it, call us to do to the job. Never had a cleaning company before and not sure if you're ready to hire one but you have guests coming and there is NO time to do it!? Call us!
Spring and Fall
Deep cleanings for items that usually get missed or are generally not on a typical/ general list for cleaning companies. Call for ideas or present some of your own for the most accommodating job.
Help with parties that require clean-up before and after
Spruce up the home for before parties, and help with clean-up during and after the party.
Beach rental cleaning
Want to go to the beach to relax and not worry about the cleaning when it is time to go home?? Then call us! It will be clean for you when you arrive back for your next weekend getaway!
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.
* We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach a visible place either by hand or with the extension duster.
* Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning for build-up that is excessive.
* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
