General Cleaning

Every "General cleaning" includes the following:
  • Dust Blinds/Shutters and Windowsills
  • Dust Ceiling Fans & Light Fixtures
  • Sweep Baseboards, Carpet next to Baseboards, and Vents
  • Remove Cobwebs from Ceiling, Walls, and Corners
  • Dust Furniture with Pledge
  • Dust Table and Wall Accessories with reach with polish
  • Clean Mirrors, Glass Tops, and TV Screens (Excluding Plasma & LCD Screens)
  • Dust Bottom Windowsills
  • Empty Trash Cans and Ash Trays, Reline Cans (if Bags Provided)
  • All Carpeted Floors Vacuumed
  • Hard Surface Floors Swept/ Vacuumed/ Mopped, Moving & Cleaning under Throw Rugs
  • Stairs, Hallways, and Foyer Floors are Swept/Vacuumed/Mopped
  • Fold Blankets and Straighten Throw Pillows
  • Vacuum Furniture, If Pet Hair has been Addressed as a Concern
  • Floor Inside Pantry Cleaned
  • Outside of Oven, Dishwasher, Trash Compactor, ETC. Cleaned
  • Stove Top and Top of Vent Hood Cleaned
  • Outside of Refrigerator, Including Exposed and Reachable Areas on Top
  • Countertops Cleaned
  • Small Appliances, Canisters, ETC. Wiped Down
  • Clean Sinks and Polish Chrome

Top-to-Bottom "Deluxe"

Every Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Clean includes the "General Cleaning" list items (cleaned by hand with detail emphasis), focus on cleaning "build-up," plus the following:

  • HAND WASH CEILING FANS & LIGHT FIXTURES
  • HAND WASH BASEBOARDS, VACUUMED CARPET NEXT TO BASEBOARD, AND VENTS THROUGHOUT
  • HAND WASH DOORS, DOORKNOBS, AND WIPE CLEAN LIGHT SWITCH PLATES

  • STOVE TOP AND TOP OF VENT HOOD CLEANED (UNDER EYES OF STOVE IS DEEP CLEANING)
  • OUTSIDE OF REFRIGERATOR, INCLUDING EXPOSED AND REACHABLE AREAS ON TOP
  • COUNTER TOPS CLEANED. SMALL APPLIANCES, CANISTERS, ETC. WIPED THEN MOVED AND CLEANED UNDER/BEHIND
  • CLEAN SINK AND POLISH CHROME
  • WIPE TOP OF WASHER/DRYER IF CLEAR OF PERSONAL ITEMS
  • FLOOR (ITEMS STORED ON FLOOR WILL NOT BE MOVED)
  • OUTSIDE OF REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER CLEANED, INCLUDING EXPOSED AND REACHABLE AREAS ON TOP
  • TOILETS INSIDE BOWL AND OUTSIDE TOP TO BOTTOM
  • DISINFECT/SANITIZE/SHINE VANITY TOP AND VANITY ACCESSORIES
  • DISINFECT/SANITIZE TUBS AND SHOWERS
  • SHINE TOILET TISSUE/TOWEL HOLDERS
Extra Duties for Move-ins and Move-outs:

  • Wash Baseboards
  • Wash door facings
  • Clean fingerprints, smudges, spills, etc. from walls and trim around doors
  • Wash outside of cabinets and drawers
  • Empty & wash out trash cans
  • Wash inside of windows and trim around windows
  • Sanitize door knobs and light switches
  • Windex glass in picture frames
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture
  • Remove books and media from shelves for cleaning, replace
  • Wash interior/exterior* windows (windows must tilt in to be cleaned on outside)
  • Clean inside of oven
  • Clean inside of refrigerator
  • all kitchen drawers opened and wiped out
Additional Services:

  • Sweep garage by request/additional fee.

We are always willing to add or remove a particular cleaning service to suit your needs.

Cleaning Schedules

One-time Cleanings

If you have a cleaning company or individual employeed and unforseen circumstances come up and they can't make it, call us to do to the job. Never had a cleaning company before and not sure if you're ready to hire one but you have guests coming and there is NO time to do it!? Call us!

Spring and Fall

Deep cleanings for items that usually get missed or are generally not on a typical/ general list for cleaning companies. Call for ideas or present some of your own for the most accommodating job.

Party Cleaning

We offer our cleaning services to help clean before and after your party or event.

Cleainign Cleainign Cleainign

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.
* We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach a visible place either by hand or with the extension duster.
* Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning for build-up that is excessive.
* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
* All Cancellations need to be made during business hours (9am - 5pm) no less than 1 day prior to day of service.
* Late Cancellations will result in a Fee of $30.
